Incorporating Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills into Clinical Practice

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a comprehensive psychological treatment that was originally developed for borderline personality disorder but has now been used to treat a variety of mental health problems. Dozens of randomized trials of DBT have been conducted including studies evaluating the efficacy of only the skills portion of the treatment.
